Students will create a Wanted Poster for one of the body organs listed below: brain, kidneys, bones, stomach, liver, pancreas, lungs, skin, bladder, testes, ovaries, intestines, eye, gall bladder, spinal cord, muscles, blood, pituitary gland, thyroid glands, spleen, nerves, lymph nodes, uterus, and larynx.
The Wanted Poster must include the following: 1. Picture of the organ (5 points) 2. The name of the gang/mob/crime group to which it belongs--i.e. the body system it belongs to. (5 points) 3. Description (in your own words) of what the organ is wanted for...its function. (10 points) 4. Description of where the organ was last seen (location in the body) and what other organs it hangs out with. (10 points) 5. Description of diseases or disorders associated with this organ. (10 points) 6. 3 Fun Facts about your organ that would help in its capture. (10 points)
